Managing expectations can be the difference between an initiative flourishing or flailing. You'll need to be sensitive to the expectations of the whole community whilst advocating for all parties directly involved (creatives, property owners, volunteers, other small business owners, community, partners). Learn how to balance expectations, engage with the media and use other channels to deliver your mission.
