David Sleet

Development Manager, The GPT Group

David has a diverse background in all aspects of property across various sectors including major retail and residential projects.  Experience over 20 years in the property industry includes leading large capital and corporate transactions, developments and portfolio management. In his current role, David is responsible for the masterplanning of mixed use, town centre projects.

David’s projects include the amalgamation of over 30 parcels land spanning 4 city blocks in the Newcastle CBD for major urban renewal. During this time, David formed a partnership with the Renew Newcastle initiative that in 2010 was awarded Partnership of the Year by the Australian Business Arts Foundation (ABAF).

David completed a Bachelor Of Commerce majoring in Land Economics, at the University of Western Sydney, receiving the University Medal.
